Absence of the 6 rotational graphic health warnings as mandated by the Ministry of Health.Graphic health warnings
Packs without the Malaysian tax stamp or without the Royal Malaysian Customs security mark. The Malaysian tax stamp and Royal Malaysian Customs security mark
No description of registered importer or manufacturer. All manufacturers must be registered with the Royal Malaysian Customs. All packs must show the registered importer or manufacturer
Packs with non-Malaysian tax stamps.Example of a non-Malaysian tax stamp
Unregistered brands. All brands sold in Malaysia must be registered with the Royal Malaysian customs.Examples of unregistered brands 
Pack size with less than 20 cigarettes.Packs with less than 20 cigarettes
